Our Leadership

Aidan Volpatti

With expertise ranging from switchboard installations to the seamless integration of lighting controls and data systems, Aidan oversees all electrical upgrade and installation projects within Volmac Group. His extensive public and private sector experience guides our operations, notably working with clients such as the Department of Communities and Justice, Property NSW, Westpac Group, Create NSW, Schools Infrastructure NSW, Savills, Honeywell, and more.

Andrew Mackay

Andrew leads Volmac Group’s Building division with over three decades of construction experience. He brings world-class expertise through a diverse project history, from large-scale residential developments in London, UK, to high-value fitouts and building upgrades in metro Sydney. Andrew has worked with many of NSW biggest organisations, including City of Sydney Council, the Lord Mayor of Sydney, Westpac Group, Symantec, Australia Post, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, and Telstra and Goodman Group.

Les Louisson

Les brings over 50 years of experience in construction, property, and operational management to Volmac Group. He has worked with major Australian organisations, including IBM, CSR, Uncle Toby’s, and Westfields during its significant growth in the 1980s, contributing to high-profile projects. In recent years, Les has focused on government infrastructure, collaborating with NSW Public Works Advisory, Property NSW, Schools Infrastructure NSW, Health Infrastructure NSW, Transport for NSW, and the Department of Defence. He has introduced innovative solutions like 3D virtual modelling and smart building design to developers, builders, and government clients. A practical problem-solver, Les leverages his extensive knowledge to deliver effective outcomes on every project.
